Hay Consulting was founded to offer something that is genuinely difficult to find. Senior operational and advisory support, shaped entirely around the client, from someone who has spent twenty years doing exactly this.

The majority of our clients are navigating a space where personal, professional, and land-based affairs intersect. It is a complex world, and finding someone with the right combination of experience, discretion, and good judgement to navigate it is genuinely rare.

Every situation is different. Getting to know a client properly, understanding not just what is needed but why it matters, is where everything begins. The approach is shaped entirely around that, without assumption and without prescription.

Engagements are available on an ad hoc, project, or longer-term basis. What remains constant is a commitment to doing things properly, with the care, judgement, resilience, and discretion that complex situations require.
